Getting Your Vehicle Released?

Before You Come

Please call us first. A quick call lets us confirm your vehicle is here and tell you the exact amount due, so your trip is a short one.

Have this ready when you call:

• Your name and phone number
• Vehicle make, model and color
• Where the vehicle was towed from

What to Bring

• Valid photo ID
• Registration or title
• Proof of insurance
• Release form from the agency, if your vehicle has a police or agency hold

The registered owner must come in person to have the vehicle released.

Release hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

After hours: Available for an additional $155 gate fee. Call ahead so we can meet you.

Fees

Your total depends on the tow and how long your vehicle has been stored with us. Give us a call and we'll tell you the exact amount before you come in.

Police or Agency Holds

If law enforcement ordered the tow and placed a hold on your vehicle, we can't release it until the hold is cleared.

Call the agency that ordered the tow and ask them for a release form. Bring that form with you, along with the documents listed under What to Bring.

Getting Personal Items Out

Just need your belongings? You can get them without taking the vehicle.

Bring your photo ID. After hours, the gate fee applies.
